Biography
Benjapa Ratanawaraporn is an associate at WISE, supporting international and domestic clients across a range of legal areas, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, general commercial law, and company secretarial matters. Her experience includes conducting legal due diligence, preparing disclosure documents for asset acquisitions and disposals, arranging shareholders’ and board of directors’ meetings, as well as providing general corporate support.
Benjapa holds an LLB from Thammasat University, Thailand.

Key Experiences
Assisted a creative production and visual content studio company in acquiring shares of a well-known post-production company specializing in color grading for film and television, including the preparation of closing documents. The transaction was valued at THB 12 million.
Assisted a pharmaceutical and health product manufacturing company in acquiring shares in a business engaged in the production and distribution of dialysis solutions and the sale of medical products. The transaction was valued at THB 43 million.
Advising a company engaged in the design, manufacture, and distribution of architectural building materials on its planned IPO and listing on the SET, expected to be completed in 2026.
Advised clients, including SET-listed companies, on organizing Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings in compliance with Thai corporate governance requirements and the regulations of the SEC and SET.
Assisted leading insurance companies in Thailand with gap analyses to assess and ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
