Yaowarote Klinboon is an executive partner of the Firm. With over 20 years of experience in domestic and international capital markets, Yaowarote is one of Thailand’s most prominent capital markets lawyers. She is experienced with securities offerings under Rule 144A/Regulation S of the US Securities Act, the Rules and Regulations of the SGX-ST, and the requirements of the Stock Exchange of Thailand. She is also adept at advising public listed companies on general corporate matters, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions, and she actively advises both issuers and underwriters on international and domestic offerings of equity and debt instruments.
