Biography
Chanakan Luksanasorn is an associate of the Firm. She assists both multinational and domestic businesses with a wide range of corporate legal matters, including regulatory compliance under Thai law, capital markets and securities, and securities-related law. Her expertise in capital markets, corporate transactions, and corporate regulations supports companies in developing and executing growth strategies.
Before joining the Firm, Chanakan worked at two renowned law firms in Bangkok. There, she assisted clients with corporate services for both private and public companies, regulatory and licensing matters for foreign businesses, conversion of private companies to public companies, share transfers, and general corporate advice.
Chanakan holds an LLB from Thammasat University and is a member of the Lawyers Council of Thailand.
