Her experience includes conducting legal research, handling company formation, registration, and share transfers, preparing disclosure documents for offerings and corporate transactions.
 
Boonpiti holds an LL.B. from Chulalongkorn University, is recognized as a Barrister-at-Law by the Thai Bar Association and is a licensed lawyer in Thailand.
