Chanattorn Thunyaluck has more than 17 years of experience in tax and legal advisory, having practiced with leading international consulting firms as well as prominent law firms in Thailand. Her expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, domestic and cross-border tax and corporate restructuring, as well as advising high-net-worth individuals and family businesses on wealth management and succession planning.
She is recognized for her ability to integrate practical tax solutions with strict legal compliance, ensuring sustainable outcomes that balance commercial objectives with effective risk management. Chanattorn has advised clients across diverse industries, including construction, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, technology, and healthcare.
