Biography
Narat Aphiphunya is an associate at WISE, advising multinational and domestic clients across key legal areas, such as capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and securities law. His experience include conducting due diligence, handling company formation, registration, and share transfers, preparing disclosure documents for offering of new shares and warrants via private placement, as well as conducting legal research.
Narat holds an LLB from Chulalongkorn University.
