Within its first year of operation, Wise Equity has advised clients across sectors including healthcare, technology and cybersecurity, particularly in relation to planned IPOs and proposed listings on the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI).
One of the firm’s most notable mandates involved advising Triton Holding on a transaction that issued shares equal to 49.18% of its post-offering capital as consideration for a full business transfer to Baanrai Taechaubol Holding Company. The transaction included real estate assets spanning over 117 hectares in Chonburi province, valued at more than THB1.8 billion, with the new shares beginning trading on the Stock Exchange of Thailand in April 2025.
