• Advised and assisted a listed company operating the business of consumer goods distribution in its acquisition of 25% equity interest in a drone distribution company.  
• Assisted a start-up company engaged in the provision of a marketing data analytics program for restaurants on its Series A Fundraising of USD 1.65 million. 
• Advised an entertainment and e-commerce company in the acquisition of a Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) direct selling business unit of a multinational company. 
• Advised a private equity firm in its acquisition of 55% equity interest in a license holder of six schools in Chiang Mai. 
• Assisted a real estate company with its joint venture with a Japanese real estate company with regards to a shopping outlet for an investment of Baht 1 billion. 
• Assisted an agritech start-up company in its Series A Fundraising of USD 3 million. 
• Advised the founders of an engineering consulting company in connection with the THB 336 million acquisition by a Japanese company of 30% equity interest.
