Wise Equity was thrilled to represent Triton Holding Public Company Limited in its placement of 10,769,230,767 newly issued ordinary shares or 49.18% of TRITN’s post-offering share capital to Baanrai Taechaubol Holding Company Limited, TRITN’s connected person, in exchange for the entire business transfer of said company, which comprises the entire share capital of Baanrai Taechaubol Estate Company Limited, which holds 62 plots of land of over 117 hectares in Chonburi Province, with a combined appraised value of THB 1,800-1,900 million, which TRITN will further develop into a park with various gardens and animals. TRITN successfully obtained its shareholder approval for the private placement, the entire business transfer, as well as the whitewash application by the investor on 3 March 2025 and it is expected that the transaction will be completed by June 2025.
