การยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาสำหรับผู้เกษียณอายุชาวต่างชาติในประเทศไทย คุณสมบัติภายใต้วีซ่าผู้พำนักระยะยาว (Long-Term Resident Visa: LTR) ความเป็นมา ประเทศไทยได้รับการยอมรับมายาวนานว่าเป็นจุดหมายในฝันของผู้เกษียณอายุจากทั่วโลก ด้วยคุณภาพชีวิตที่ครบครันในทุกมิติ สภาพแวดล้อมในการใช้ชีวิตที่หลากหลาย สภาพอากาศครบทุกฤดูกาลตลอดทั้งปี และค่าครองชีพที่อยู่ในระดับสมเหตุสมผล อย่างไรก็ดี ยังมีปัจจัยสำคัญอีกประการหนึ่งซึ่งเป็นที่รู้จักน้อย นั่นคือสิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษีที่ได้รับการออกแบบขึ้นเป็นพิเศษสำหรับผู้เกษียณอายุชาวต่างชาติที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด สิทธิประโยชน์ทางภาษี ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2565 ประเทศไทยได้ให้สิทธิประโยชน์การยกเว้นภาษีเงินได้บุคคลธรรมดาแก่ “ผู้เกษียณอายุชาวต่างชาติที่มีความมั่งคั่งและมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด” โดยผู้ขอต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขสองประการ ดังนี้ ได้รับการอนุมัติวีซ่า Long-Term Resident (LTR) ซึ่งเป็นวีซ่าประเภทคนอยู่ชั่วคราวที่ออกเป็นกรณีพิเศษตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยคนเข้าเมือง และ มีคุณสมบัติและปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์และเงื่อนไขของวีซ่าดังกล่าว ตามมาตรการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจและการลงทุนเพื่อดึงดูดชาวต่างชาติที่มีศักยภาพสูงมายังประเทศไทย ตามที่สำนักงานคณะกรรมการส่งเสริมการลงทุน (BOI) กำหนด หลักเกณฑ์การพิจารณาคุณสมบัติ (BOI) นอกเหนือจากการได้รับวีซ่า LTR แล้ว ผู้เกษียณอายุชาวต่างชาติต้องเป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของ...
